Deluxy Flowers is a flower delivery service whose mission is to amaze customers with handcrafted products and select experiences with trusted artists. Delivery is available every day worldwide, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Deluxy also offers the option of fully customizing your surprise , making it even more special. Our experts will always be available to advise you and satisfy your every request.
Origin of products
Deluxy Flowers works with the best local artists, who use only the highest-quality raw materials to ensure fresh, refined, and excellent creations. For this reason, the prices displayed, including VAT in euros, may be subject to change.
All information on the essential characteristics of the products is provided within the product information sheet. However, the images and colors may not correspond to the actual colors due to the device used to view them or the artist's creativity/availability.
Customization options

Deluxy Flowers Delivery
Delivery is handled directly by the Artist. Consequently, logistics management and the actual execution of the delivery are the sole responsibility of the partner, who ensures the correct delivery of the product to the final recipient according to their own operating procedures. Deluxy Flowers coordinates the order and the information necessary for fulfillment, expressly excluding any liability for delays, mix-ups, or damages attributable to the transport phase or direct management by the Artist.
Change of address or delivery date

Return
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a redelivery, with a possible additional service charge. Deluxy Flowers is committed to honoring your delivery requests, but cannot guarantee the integrity of the products during a redelivery.
To avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you provide a suitable delivery time so that the recipient is available at the indicated address. If we cannot confirm their presence, we will contact the recipient directly to arrange an optimal delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Articles 52, 58, and 59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiration, nor to those products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, Deluxy Flowers is committed to ensuring the highest quality of your shopping experience. If you receive an incorrect or non-compliant product, we will verify it and then issue a refund based on the extent of the error or non-compliance.
Deluxy Flowers cannot be held responsible for any damage to property or persons resulting from circumstances not attributable to the quality or correct execution of the requested service. All liability relating to the composition, the sole responsibility for the ingredients and the presence of any allergens lies with the manufacturer or supplier.

Billing
If you require an invoice, please contact our Customer Service before placing your order. In any case, no receipt or invoice will ever be sent to the recipient. If requested, you can receive a receipt via email by contacting us at 02 9475 1347.
